Programs and Activities
Environmental Education
The Nature Crusaders aims to conduct environmental education for the protection, conservation, and management of resources. The target participants are elementary, high school students and youths in the local communities. This activity aims to uplift the environmental consciousness, to know the ways and means to protect the environment, and to develop confidence and leadership skills among members and participants.
Clean-up Drive
This activity aims to help in the environmental conservation and protection, cleanliness and beautification of Barangays and reserved areas in the locality. The activity also serves as a community outreach of the members of the group.
Tree Planting and Care Program
The organization conducts tree planting in order to assist in the reforestation programs of the government and non-government organizations. The organization establish linkages to other groups in conducting the activity.
Leadership Training Seminar
This training aims to provide the organization with competent leaders by equipping the members with the necessary knowledge, skills and orientation to be used in the protection and conservation of environment.
Smooth Interpersonal Relationship
This activity aims to promote camaraderie and fellowship within the organization by knowing and understanding deeper each member of the group.
Trainers Training
This training aims to prepare the members for the environmental education by enhancing knowledge with regards to the different ecosystem, ecosystem interrelatedness and basic concepts of ecology. This activity assigns the members to different tasks to be performed during environmental education.
Environmental Exposure
This nature exposure provides the members of the organization concrete knowledge on various ecosystems and the present condition of the environment. The activity also help members to acquire additional knowledge and deep appreciation of the environment. It is during this exposure that smooth interpersonal relationship is enhance.
